Warmbrodt Hotel Investments Selected to Advise in the Sale of the DoubleTree Suites by Hilton, Omaha Nebraska |
March 13, 2012 - Warmbrodt Hotel Investments, Inc. ("WHI") has been retained as the Exclusive Agent to advise in the sale of the DoubleTree Suites by Hilton in Omaha, Nebraska. The Property is well located in the heart of the Midtown Omaha lodging market. Located on 72nd Street, just off Interstate 80, Interstate 680 and Dodge Street, near the intersection of 72nd and Pacific Streets, the Doubletree Suites by Hilton is in close proximity to the new campus of First Data Resource, as well as Omnium Worldwide, ConAgra, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, and Info USA. The DoubleTree Suites by Hilton is a 6-story, interior-corridor, full-service hotel built in an atrium configuration. The guest suites, lobby, indoor pool area and meeting rooms surround the atrium. Guests enter the lobby from the large porte cochere thru automatic entrance doors, at the south end of the building, where the lobby, registration area and lounge open into the large and spacious atrium.
