 ATLANTA,
Georgia, March 14, 2005 - Thompson Calhoun Fair, LLC, an Atlanta-based
hotel real estate firm, announced today that it advised Arlington Hospitality
in the disposition of the AmeriHost Inn in Stockbridge, Georgia. The 60-room
hotel is located at 100 North Park Court, Stockbridge, Georgia. The property,
located in the affluent Eagles Landing area, is comprised of one, two-story
building and features a spacious indoor pool, a small meeting room accommodating
up to 25 people, a continental breakfast area located in the lobby area,
a fitness center and individual deluxe whirlpool suites. The property was
sold to Bhanu Hospitality for an undisclosed amount.

stated, "the AmeriHost Inn in Stockbridge was a strong performing property.
The property will remain in the AmeriHost system under a long-term franchise
agreement with Cendant".
