ATLANTA, Georgia, May 18, 2004 - Thompson Calhoun Fair, LLC, an Atlanta-based
hotel real estate firm, announced today it advised a Midwest bank in the
disposition
of the Days Inn MainGate East. The
404-room property is located on approximately seven acres only 1.5 miles
from the Disney World Resort on U.S. Highway 192. The hotel is comprised
of a single-story building housing guest registration, a cafeteria, gift
shop and administrative offices. The guest rooms are contained within
four, three-story buildings connected by common roofs and walkways.
The property was built in 1973 and remodeled in 1998. The hotel offers

Hospitality Group LLC, a Florida limited liability company, for an undisclosed
amount.
H. Keith Thompson, a principal of the firm stated, �With the come back
in occupancies in Orlando over the past three quarters, the Days Inn MainGate
transaction met the needs and financial goals of both the seller and the
buyer. The MainGate East lodging market is expected to continue its
economic rebound over the next two years.�
