ATLANTA, Georgia, October 6, 2004 - Thompson Calhoun Fair, LLC, an
Atlanta based hotel real estate firm, announced today it advised Wyndham
International in the disposition of the Bonaventure Resort & Spa located
in Weston, Florida. This 496-key property is located 20 minutes from
the Hollywood/Fort Lauderdale International Airport near Interstates 75,
95 and 595 in the heart of the high growth Weston market area.
The 496 oversized guest rooms include
96 two-room suites, and are situated in six separate 3-story structures
proximate to the lobby, restaurants and function space. The property
features over 45,000 square feet of first floor meeting space including
three ballrooms. Recreational amenities include a 31,000 square-foot
exercise facility and full-service spa, preferred tee-times on two 18-hole
championship golf courses and immediate access to a state-of-the-art tennis
center. The golf courses are under separate ownership and were not
part of the sale.

Companies, the resort�s original developer. It will be transformed
into 252 luxury residences through a $75 million renovation. The
property will be managed by Wyndham and will convert to the Wyndham brand
in 2005 and will be renamed the Wyndham Resort and Golden Door Spa.
Fully furnished units will sell for $324,000 up to $465,000.�
