ATLANTA, Georgia, June 4, 2004 - Thompson Calhoun Fair, LLC, an Atlanta-based
hotel real estate firm, announced today that it advised a partnership including
Arlington Hospitality in the disposition
of the Howard Johnson Express Inn in Fort Myers, Florida. The 121-room
hotel is located at 13000 N. Cleveland Avenue (U.S. Route 41) in Fort Myers,
Florida. The property is located close to Interstate 75. The Howard
Johnson Express Inn consists of three, two-story buildings comprising 121
guest rooms, one meeting room that accommodates up to 28 people, an atrium
breakfast area and an outdoor swimming pool located on the river.
The hotel was sold to a local investment group led by Tarun Patel of Ft.
Myers for an undisclosed amount. |
