ImagInn Platinum, the newest version of the popular ImagInn PMS, offers properties improved rate and group management, enhanced travel agency handling, user specific availability screens and enhanced password security. Combined with ImagInn Search, a Windows-based data-mining tool that allows unlimited access to a property�s customer information, users can export information out of ImagInn Platinum. Properties can then extract data to use for mail merges, fax campaigns, frequent stay programs, guest pattern reports and occupancy statistics.

The ImagInn PMS was chosen as a preferred PMS for Carlson Hospitality's Country Inns & Suites properties. To date, Carlson has installed the system at over 275 of their properties and is beginning an upgrade at all properties to ImagInn Platinum. The upgrade will eventually lead to a two-way interface between each hotel and the central reservations system.
