Ramesys' Entirety PMS for Windows Pleases the
Company's 4,000 Worldwide Customers with its
Ability to be Deployed in ASP and Local Server
Network Environments
June 2003 - Ramesys will be featuring their front office solution, Entirety PMS for Windows, at Hitec in New Orleans, LA, next week. Entirety PMS is the final integrated module in the Entirety Enterprise Suite that features central reservations (CRes), customer relationship management (CRM), web reservations and global distribution system (GDS) connectivity.

Entirety PMS, suited for both stand-alone independent and chain properties, is a scalable solution capable of meeting the operational requirements of smaller, limited service properties as well as full service resort and destination properties.

Although not a new product, Entirety PMS for Windows is a redevelopment of Ramesys browser based front desk solution that gives our customers a greater breadth of operational system features.  From a development perspective, the Entirety PMS, on ODBC compliant solution, offers improved development ease which we have taken great advantage of to improve the system functionality from a feature perspective, said Andrew Sanders, Director of Sales and Marketing.

Entirety PMS also offers Ramesys customers increased flexibility in their implementation options, as it can be deployed in either a thin client ASP environment or traditional local server implementation.

" With the capability of both ASP and local implementation of the Entirety PMS, Ramesys has again increased options for both our chain and independent customers. All of our customers can achieve the benefits of the topology best suited for them with the added benefit of Ramesys technical expertise to support and even host the system for them, added Sanders.

The Entirety Enterprise Suite is helping Ramesys customers to realize the benefits of:

  • Functionally rich software modules using todays technology
  • A single image of customer information across a property or enterprise
  • Improved access to last room inventory from all reservation entry points such as the Web, central reservations office (CRO), global distributions systems (GDS) or the individual hotel
  • Improved access to data for statistical, revenue, marketing and billing functions
The range of products available within the Entirety Enterprise Suite has always offered Ramesys' customers an unparalleled degree of flexibility. With the addition of the Entirety PMS for Windows, this flexibility is even further enhanced for those desiring a Windows-based solution.

Sanders continued, While at all times continuing with our existing products, our goal is to provide customers with the most suitable solution for them. Flexibility and integration is the key and we feel this can be best accomplished by continuing to support and enhance our existing software offerings while integrating new software options to the fold. The Entirety PMS for Windows is designed to take full advantage of today's technology and help our customers, regardless of their size or infrastructure, provide improved levels of customer service to their guests."

In addition to the Entirety PMS for Windows, the Entirety Enterprise Suite consists of:

  • ImagInn Platinum for Linux/Unix
