The Providence Group Helps Spearhead Upscale Project

(September 19, 2007) DUXBURY, MASS. � The Providence Group
and Bridgeton Properties L.L.C. are joining forces to develop an upscale
125-room full service hotel in Vero Beach, Florida, announced Jed Heller,
CEO of The Providence Group.
Bridgeton Properties, also located in Vero Beach, is the developer of a mixed-use commercial project that will be called Airport Landing. The project will encompass retail, office and restaurant uses. The new developments are located on Aviation Boulevard, near Dodgertown and the Vero Beach Municipal Airport. �Combining the talents of The Providence Group and Bridgeton Properties will result in a wonderful product,� said Heller. �I�m thrilled about this joint venture and the opportunity to create a dynamic hotel.� Successful real estate developers for more than 30 years, David R.
