. Management Consulting Firm Keeps Promise during Growth |
January 9, 2007 - DUXBURY, MASS. Even with a 25 percent increase
in growth in 2006, The Providence Group remains true to its original business
philosophy. No matter how large we grow, our clients will still receive
the same personalized care we always have given. I will continue to be
involved in every project we tackle and with every client who conducts
business with The Providence Group to ensure all their needs are met,
says C.E.O Jed C. Heller.
The pledge I made to myself two years ago when I started The Providence Group was to do business essentially on a hand shake with people I would enjoy working with and with whom we could add tangible value to their entity or organization. Ive kept that promise and will continue to do business that way, Heller says. This commitment has worked well for my clients and me. New clients like Chris Gistis, CEO of Linchris Hotel Corporation, a
premier management and development company, have noted Hellers great customer
service and work ethic. Heller provided Linchris with interim hotel management
for seven weeks in Burlington, Vermont.
Another new client, Mike Fox, owner of the Chicago Drake in Oakbrook, Illinois, was impressed with Hellers integrity. Heller thinks like an owner, and I sincerely believe he has the best interest of the owner at heart, Fox says. Last year, The Providence Group also assisted Andy Patel, a major Marriott and Hilton franchisee, strengthen his Tulsa, Oklahoma based management company. The Providence Group was instrumental in our companys growth and success, he says. Other projects undertaken by The Providence Group included working as a liaison for a Chicago-area hotel owner with potential buyers and with the broker, consulting for a major Florida-based hotel owner on an as-needed basis, working with general managers to improve and become more professional in their responsibilities, helping a condo-hotel developer avoid the pitfalls of inexperienced operators/developers, and helping a villa owner run a profitable business. Heller says he is blessed that he has the passion, love and experiences to be able to give something back to the hospitality industry while doing what he loves. Besides, I wasnt very good in Corporate America, I had a habit of saying what I thought and wanting to do business my way. However, that serves me well today. Contact Heller at (781) 582-8785 or [email protected] to find out more about The Providence Group. About The Providence Group:
