Feb. 17, 2006 Duxbury, Mass. Jed C. Heller, president of The Providence
Group, a resort management consulting firm, will be a speaker at March
annual meetings of the Hotel Investment Conference and the American Resort
Development Association. In addition, he
will be a delegate to the Asian American Hotel Owners Association meeting in Las Vegas, Mar 22-24. At the 18th Annual Hotel Investment Conference to be held Mar. 12-14 at the Crowne Plaza Ravinia in Atlanta, Hellers remarks will address current challenges and opportunities in the hospitality industry. At the American Resort Development Associations annual conference and exposition at the Venetian Resort in Las Vegas, March 25-30, Heller will moderate a panel discussion on Maximizing Association Income. The session will feature new ideas for rentals, resales, and maintenance fee receivables. This is a wonderful opportunity to give back to the industry, Heller says. Im thrilled to be able to share what Ive learned working with leading-edge timeshare, hotel, and mixed-use developers over the past three decades. Recent Providence Group assignments stretch across the United States. In Hawaii, Heller is consulting with a hundred-room hotel on its conversion to a condo hotel. The projects principal, John Stott, says, given the location in Maui, the opportunity is to good to pass up. To the far south, Heller is working with a luxury villa rental concept in Barbados through TPGs Villa Consultants International division. And closer to home, TPG is assisting Thomas Pugliese with a timeshare development in Coastal Maine.
