DENVER, CO –
(September
30, 2009) – Roomlinx,
Inc. (OTC: RMLX), the innovative supplier of hospitality in-room
Interactive TV
products, today announced its expansion into Mexico at the Casa Dorada
Resort
& Spa (www.casadorada.com),
a luxury,
all suites resort located on five acres of pristine Medano Beach
shoreline in
Cabo San Lucas. Roomlinx completed the
install earlier this week and guests can now enjoy unlimited movies on
demand,
high speed internet, world music and video, virtual concierge services,
and
much more through the LCD TV in their suite.
“As a Resort,
we wanted a product that would provide
guests an in-room experience that was better than being at home,” said
Victor
Gomez, General Manager. “Roomlinx Interactive TV is simply the best
solution. Not only can my guests access
unlimited HD on demand content, but they have dynamic and direct access
to the Internet
and other features such as music, games and a virtual concierge.
This truly differentiates our resort from the
competition.”
“Entering Mexico
was a logical first choice for International expansion. There are
many US travelers and English TV programming
is limited, so the demand is particularly high.
Even on vacation, travelers have the need and desire to stay connected
via
the internet and they want access to a wide selection of content
choices,” said
Roomlinx CEO, Mike Wasik. “This new installation in Cabo San
Lucas is
exciting for us as we begin to bring Roomlinx Interactive TV to Mexico.”
