 Palazzo Versace Selects Lexington Services
for Global Reservations

IRVING, Texas & QUEENSLAND, Australia - May 5, 2003 -- Palazzo Versace, the luxury hotel and spa developed by Sunland Group Limited in a license agreement with the fashion brand Versace, announced today that it has selected Lexington Services for its global reservations.

Under the agreement, Lexington will provide centrally hosted reservations technology, support, and exposure through the Global Distribution Systems and Internet Distribution Systems via Lexington's extensive and expanding Online Distribution Network. Palazzo Versace will manage all of their major distribution channels through Lexington's exclusive web-enabled product, LexLink(R) Online.

Palazzo Versace plans to strengthen its visibility among international travel agents and to build brand awareness worldwide.  After careful review of several reservation service providers, Palazzo Versace selected Lexington Services for their highly integrated and cost effective solutions and their capability to capture bookings through the Internet, which is an important part of their worldwide marketing strategy.
