The Lexington Services and CSC alliance will provide the framework for Lexington to offer the hospitality industry a state-of-the-art hotel central reservation system � The SPIRITTM Hotel Reservation System Powered by CSC Services (SPIRIT). Enhanced and tailored to support Lexington Services� member hotels, as well as virtually any tiered-level hotel chain on an ASP service model basis, the SPIRIT system has recently had a multimillion dollar enhancement.

Lexington Services and CSC have spent the past several months developing a strategic plan to ensure a successful August 2001 migration of all Lexington Services� nearly 4,000 member hotels to the new SPIRIT system. 

The SPIRIT system is a proven reservations system with millions of successfully processed hotel reservation transactions.  The extensive resources of Lexington, combined with the technical power of CSC, will allow Lexington to accelerate and continue the development of technologies for hotel central reservations into the future.
