InnLink Releases Next Generation Customer
Management System (CMS)

CMS enables and empowers the hotelier using InnLink�s reservation representation to take control of inventory, rates, channel management, and other key functions through a user friendly, graphical tool.  CMS displays the status of inventory, availability, allocations, and rates, and permits the user to modify any of the areas quickly and efficiently using single screen controls.  Rates may be increased or decreased by currency amount or percentage for a single day, day of the week, or date range easily. 

Multi-Tiered Report Generation allows a single hotel property or group of properties to be assigned to multiple reporting structures such as ownership, region, state, franchise brand, and management company simultaneously.  The user may change and save a hotel�s assignment within the reporting structures by simply checking a box through the online tool.  All reports access data real-time, and, therefore, present the most up-to-date reservation information to a hotelier.
