According to Mike Young, president of InnLink, “In order to support the constantly evolving interplay of GDS and Internet channels and to provide greater assistance to our customers seeking channel visibility and increased reservations access, InnLink has appointed Sharryn Harewood to a newly created position as Director of Marketing Solutions.   In response to an identified need to expand and focus on the relationships that we’ve developed with those distribution channels, Sharryn will work to strengthen an already-strong series of relationships.  But, the most important elements that Sharryn brings to InnLink and our customers are a clear understanding of the interplay among travel web sites, the GDS, and Internet distribution channel marketing along with a heavy leaning towards customer recognition and support.  Sharryn shares InnLink’s strong customer service philosophy.”

“I’m very excited about my position with InnLink and the direction that the company has taken to stimulate reservations’ fulfillment for its customer base,” says Sharryn. “As one of the leading and most innovative reservation representation companies in the industry, InnLink is at the forefront of tackling what many hoteliers see as a maze within the distribution channels.  InnLink believes that part of its responsibility to its customer base is to assist in the stimulation of reservations’ generation.  After all, that’s really what’s it’s all about, isn’t it?”
