DENVER, Colo. (June 15, 2012) – Denver’s new SpringHill Suites by Marriott Denver Downtown – which is scheduled to open August 2012 - is pleased to announce that it has hired Anne Frye to serve as the Director of Sales & Marketing. With more than 12 years of customer-oriented sales experience, Frye most recently served as the Director of Sales & Marketing at the Courtyard by Marriott Denver Cherry Creek. Prior to that, she spent seven years as the Director of Sales & Marketing at the Doubletree Hotel Denver North in Westminster, Colo. She is a graduate of the University of Virginia. “I am very excited to have Anne leading the sales team for this unique downtown Denver hotel,” said General Manager Scott Perry. “Her extensive hospitality sales leadership experience will help guarantee a successful launch of this new property.” The SpringHill Suites by Marriott Denver Downtown is located in the heart of downtown Denver, a quick walk from the Colorado Convention Center, the Pepsi Center and the popular LoDo district and 16th Street Mall.
