Noble House Hotels & Resorts Names Luis Pous as
Corporate Chef Overseeing all Culinary Operations

SEATTLE, Wash.
Noble House Hotels & Resorts, Ltd. (NHHR) – a collection of luxury hotels and resorts – announces the promotion of Luis Pous to Corporate Chef. In this newly created role, Pous will oversee Noble House culinary operations and play a pivotal role in all restaurant concept decisions. Previously, Pous acted as the regional chef at the collection’s Little Palm Island Resort & Spa, Ocean Key Resort, LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort and Gateway Canyons.

For more than five years, Cuban-born Luis Pous has been the Executive Chef of one of South Florida’s most sought after dining destinations, The Dining Room at Little Palm Island Resort & Spa. In this short time, Chef Pous secured the restaurant’s No. 3 ranking in the country in Zagat, and No. 1 in Florida for hotel restaurants.

Prior to joining Noble House Hotels & Resorts, Ltd., in 2006, Chef Pous manned award-winning kitchens for nearly two decades, including the Mandarin Oriental, Miami; Turnberry Isle in Aventura, FL; and Hotel Plaza Athenee in New York City. A resident of the world, Pous started his impressive career with training at the National School of Culinary Arts in Cuba.
