Noble House Hotels & Resorts Names Sean Mullen
as Chief Sales and Marketing Officer

SEATTLE, Wash. - Noble House Hotels & Resorts, Ltd. (NHHR) – a collection of luxury hotels and resorts – announces the promotion of Sean Mullen to Chief Sales and Marketing Officer. In this newly created role, Mullen leads strategic direction and implementation in sales, marketing, catering, conference services, reservation sales and national sales. Previously, Mullen acted as the NHHR corporate vice president of sales.

“I am honored to support Noble House in this new role as I lead the hospitality industry and future partners to recognize Noble House Hotels in the way I have grown to respect and admire the brand,” said Mullen. “Noble House places a heavy emphasis upon doing the right thing, quality of life and “goodness of fit,” making me proud to be a part of this team.”

Despite recent economic downturn, while many companies downsized and halted growth, Noble House Hotels & Resorts has continued to thrive and grow, including adding three new properties year-to-date in 2011. The Noble House Hotels & Resorts brand is led by a customer service orientation, in which leaders listen to and understand both internal and external customers, anticipate customer needs, give high priority to customer satisfaction, pay attention to the feelings and needs of others and manifests a strong bias for action, insisting on the utmost integrity.

“Noble House is proud to promote Sean to this newly created position,” said Mike Benecke, Noble House president. “In creating this new position as a catalyst to the fast-paced expansion of the Noble House portfolio, Sean is challenged to lead the brand to become an even greater innovative industry leader, exceeding goals for profitability, business growth and market share in each resort/hotel destination.”

With a philosophy that emphasizes “location, distinction and soul,” Noble House Hotels & Resorts reflects the appearance of individuality.  Identifying each property for its culture and appeal, Noble House is unwavering in its dedication to create and manage unique, quality properties that reflect and make profound contributions to their communities, staying true to the local history, culture and ambiance that defines each region.
