$6.5 Million Renovation Project Completed for the 305- room
Crowne Plaza Miami International Airport in Florida

MIAMI, FL --- (March 6, 2013)
--- It was the right time to produce a hotel product that fit the current and future travel needs of our guests.  So with a relentless focus on making guests feel comfortable in every way, the business partners of the Crowne Plaza Miami International Airport gave their architects and designers a list of customer needs and expectations and spent $6.5 million revamping a hotel that was already a prime real estate location.

The official unveiling of the property will be March 25, 2013.

If real estate is all about location, location, location then the Crowne Plaza Miami International Airport is the prime location for travelers and those who are looking for a hotel focused on making guests feel important and welcomed. Within easy walking distance of dining, shopping and entertainment, the 305- room Crowne Plaza Miami, a well-known landmark in this city since 1982, offers a location far superior to other airport hotel properties.  However, this is no longer a story solely about location.

"We've always had a prime location, on LeJeune just south of the Miami airport, and a friendly, loyal, service-focused team here," said Sahora.  "Now we have a product that matches the strength of the service we deliver every day to every guest.  It's an amazing transformation."

"Our guests are visitors from all over the world; corporate travelers and small groups are looking for business amenities such as our enhanced and scalable complimentary high speed internet connectivity, bedside power outlets and our new oversized in-room work desks.  Other guests might work for travel companies, some are intransient from one airport to another and some are leisure travelers here to shop or to connect with a cruise ship.  These visitors will enjoy the new 42" LCD TV's with 47 channels of high definition programming and our complimentary airport shuttle.  Now, according to Peter Sahora, the changes at his hotel accommodate all his guests and live up to their expectations.

The most visible changes to the hotel include a total redo of every guest room, an updated lobby, bar and restaurant.  Public spaces, guest corridors and even the complimentary business center were upgraded.

"From the front door, through the bar and restaurant and in every inch of the guest room - our guests will feel the changes we have made.  Add that to an already high guest satisfaction and very high repeat guest ratio and you have a hotel that meets and exceeds the myriad expectations of our business and leisure guests," he said.

Sahora mentions additional updates that may not be noticed initially by the guests, but they will feel the results.  Take for instance the new highly efficient hot water system, new roofing and the latest in high speed internet coverage.

For guests this means super-fast connectivity via their cell phones, tablets or computers, more sound insulation, better temperature controls of water and air which assures a smaller carbon footprint.
