Newmarket International, Inc. Acquires Libra OnDemand


PORTSMOUTH, NH – NOVEMBER 2, 2011NEWMARKET® INTERNATIONAL, INC. (www.newmarketinc.com), today announced that it has acquired LIBRA ONDEMAND (www.libraondemand.com), a leading cloud based CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system designed to meet the needs of global hospitality. The purchase will extend the value and benefits of NEWMARKET INTERNATIONAL’S products and services.

The purchase of LIBRA ONDEMAND fits into NEWMARKET INTERNATIONAL’S strategy to provide the most complete sales solutions across hotels and venues of all levels of complexity and worldwide.
