SOUTHLAKE, Texas, 16 June –  SynXis, the Sabre Holdings (NYSE:TSG) business that provides reservation management, distribution and technology services for hotels around the world, announced today a strategic relationship with Nirvana Technology that gives SynXis customers the ability to easily manage and distribute activity-based reservations in cooperation with the SynXis guest room booking engine.  Guests may now build and manage their entire itinerary using single-image availability and avoid the typical phone-tag and email negotiations. 

Using Nirvana’s scheduling technology, hotels and resorts can now offer their guests the ability to schedule spa services, dining, transportation, golf, fitness, tennis, adventure tours and an almost unlimited number of other guest services.  SynXis customers that are already capturing room revenue through their booking engine can now expand the online booking process to gain additional revenue from their guests, while at the same time improving guest satisfaction.
