SOUTHLAKE, Texas, 23 May 2006 –  SynXis, the Sabre Holdings (NYSE:TSG) business that provides reservation management, distribution and technology services for hotels around the world, announced today the addition of Kim Tisdale and Laura Brouk to their senior management team.  Kim is assuming the role of Vice President of Service Delivery overseeing the SynXis implementations and data services teams which includes SynXis’ new call center operations in the United States and Uruguay.  Laura is taking the position of Vice President of Business Development and creating a new team within SynXis to assist properties in maximizing their revenue.  These two appointments further underscore SynXis’ focus on delivering outstanding customer service and driving distribution to partner hotels.

“I’m thrilled that these two talented executives have agreed to join the SynXis leadership team.  We have grown our customer base by over 1,600 properties in the past year, at the same time we have added many new partnerships and services such as distribution management and voice reservations,” commented Scott Brodows, Chief Operating Officer at SynXis.  “Kim and Laura’s expertise in these areas along with their strong hotel industry experience make them a perfect fit for our organization.”

Kim is very passionate about the hotel industry and electronic distribution in particular.  She brings with her a wealth of knowledge with over 17 years of experience in the hotel industry, most recently as Director of Electronic Distribution Services for Millennium & Copthorne Hotels.  Kim has also held various positions at Hilton International and Forte Hotels.

“I was impressed with SynXis and the RedX Distribution Management System while I was with M&C,” commented Kim.  “I am looking forward to delivering some of the newest services that SynXis is offering and helping to contribute to SynXis’ continued strong customer growth.”

Laura has been in the hospitality business for 18 years.  She has held positions in operations, sales and revenue management at both the property and corporate level for several chains including Marriott, Starwood, Interstate and most recently Wyndham International as Vice President of Revenue Management.  In 2004 Laura was named one of the 25 Most Extraordinary Minds in Hospitality Sales and Marketing by HSMAI.

“In my previous roles I have helped hotel managers make informed strategy decisions on revenue optimization and ROI results,” commented Laura.  “By applying those same principles for SynXis customers we can drive distribution for our properties that don’t have the support of a major chain behind them.  Our new programs will help level the playing field for the independent properties and smaller chains.”
