Maestro Property Management Suite Installed
by Three Canadian Hotels to Integrate
Operations, Boost Efficiency

The 284-room International Hotel of Calgary, Stonehaven Relais
& Spa, and the Exclusive Severn Lodge Select Maestro

Markham, ON – September 1, 2004 – NORTHWIND, a leading provider of enterprise property management and reservation solutions for hospitality, announced the successful installation of its Maestro Property Management Suite at three Canadian properties.  The hotels selecting Maestro range from the 284-room corporate-focused International Hotel of Calgary, which is also utilizing Maestro Sales and Catering to integrate operations on a single database, to the luxurious Stonehaven Relais and Spa in Quebec.   Additionally, the Severn Lodge in Port Severn, Ontario has also completed installation of the Maestro System.

The new Canadian members of the NORTHWIND Maestro family will be using the Maestro Property Management System to increase operating efficiency and maximize room rates with Maestro Yield Management.  The International Hotel of Calgary also installed the fully-integrated Maestro Sales and Catering to optimize its corporate meeting sales and function rooms bookings.  The picturesque Severn Lodge located on the shores of Gloucester Pool in the Muskoka Georgian Bay lake district of Ontario installed Maestro PMS to automate all of its resort guest operations which has been family run and owned since 1926.
