Pacific International Hotels', newest apartment property located in prestige Southbank, the center of Melbourne's' art and dining out district, recently installed Maestro to manage the front office operations.

Pacific International Apartments - Southbank is the second Pacific International property to install Maestro, following a successful pilot process at their property in Australia's federal capital Canberra. E-clipse Director of Technology, Bob Lowe commented, 'Pacific International were keen to install a mature property management system with strong local support and selected Maestro, based on the products capabilities, international reference sites and local and international support capabilities. Pacific International recognizes the importance of robust software that provides strong management controls both from a reporting and sales strategy perspective. Melbourne's strong corporate market is an ideal environment to utilize the comprehensive real time yield management tools built into the Maestro front office system to return a substantial value to the hotel operators.'
