company based in Salisbury, MD, recently began a comprehensive search of
leading hospitality technology providers to find the solution that best
fit their needs. When all was said and done, the one provider still standing
was Ramesys Hospitality and their Entirety Enterprise Suite (EES).

The plan begins with the upgrade of the current ImagInn property management system (PMS) to Ramesys� ImagInn Platinum PMS at all propertys. With the new version of the software comes greater flexibility in the areas of providing two-way interfaces to the properties. Additional areas of improvement and new developments include rate tiers to aid yield management, enhanced travel agency handling, user specific availability screens and enhanced password security, to name a few. Phase two entails the migration of the properties current Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and web representation to the ImagInn/InnLink Interface. The interface is either a one- or two-way electronic link to exchange data between the InnLink reservation service and the ImagInn Platinum PMS. The properties will not only be seamlessly connected to the major GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, SABRE Travel Information Network and WorldSpan), but they will also have access to the Internet Branded Booking Engine (BBE). The BBE links the hotels websites to InnLink's server for availability, rate and database information access by consumers. The final stage includes the installation of ImagInn Search, a Windows-based data-mining tool that allows for real time access to customer and property information stored in the ImagInn Platinum PMS. The ImagInn Search tool exports this information out of the PMS, allowing for the data to be utilized by Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel. Additionally it can be saved in a text or html file. Day added, �By updating and tracking guest information throughout the guest stay, our new tool set from Ramesys will enable us to develop and implement focused, one to one, ongoing marketing campaigns.
