San Diego, CA - March 29, 1999 - Tom Vincent, CHA, General
Manager of San Diego Paradise Point Resort and John Davies, CHA, Director
of Marketing, have assumed new positions within Noble House Hotels &
Resorts. Tom Vincent has been appointed West Coast Regional Manager for
Noble House and John Davies was named West Coast Regional Director of Sales
& Marketing.

Vincent and Davies will have the additional responsibilities
for overseeing the Sunburst Hotel in Scottsdale, AZ; the Portofino Hotel
& Yacht Club in Redondo Beach, CA; and the Edgewater Hotel in Seattle,
WA. |
Both Vincent and Davies bring decades of hotel management experience
as regional managers for Noble House. Vincent, who has been with Paradise
Point for over 13 years, will continue in his role as General Manager,
and John Davies, who has worked alongside Vincent for the past 6 years,
will also continue in his role as Director of Marketing for the resort.
When making the announcement, Noble House President, Phil Brown noted:
"Tom Vincent and John Davies bring a wide breadth of experience and knowledge
to their new roles. We look forward to their continued success and contribution
to the Noble House collection." Both Vincent and Davies were instrumental
in spearheading the transition of the San Diego Princess Resort to San
Diego Paradise Point Resort since the acquisition by Noble House on June
1,1998.
In recent months, Tom Vincent was recognized as the 1998 San Diego Hotelperson
of the year. The resort was also recently awarded with two 1999 California
State Tourism Awards for Best Community Service Program and Best Direct
Mail Collateral. Under the direction of Davies, Paradise Point Resort was
the two-time recipient of the prestigious Gold Key' Award presented by
"Meetings & Conventions" magazine as well as receiving eight Adrian
Advertising Awards and Golden Bell Public Relations Awards in recent years.
