Stephen L. Cavallaro Named as President of Station Casinos
and President of Fertitta Entertainment

LAS VEGAS-October 10, 2012 --Station Casinos announced today that veteran gaming executive Stephen L. Cavallaro has been appointed President of Station Casinos LLC. Mr. Cavallaro will also serve as the President of Fertitta Entertainment LLC, the company that manages Station Casinos’ assets. Mr. Cavallaro brings more than 30 years of casino and hospitality expertise to Station Casinos. Mr. Cavallaro also has extensive knowledge of the Company’s businesses, having served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Station Casinos, Inc. from 2001 to 2004. For the past eight years, Mr. Cavallaro has been Chairman and CEO of Cavallaro Consulting Group, providing business and management expertise to various companies including Texas Pacific Group, Station Casinos and Fertitta Entertainment, Ameristar Casinos, Monarch Resorts and Delaware North Companies, among others.

Mr. Cavallaro will report to Frank J. Fertitta III, who will retain his positions as Chairman and CEO of Station Casinos.

Mr. Cavallaro began his career at Harrah’s Entertainment and successfully rose through the ranks of that organization. He later served as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Hard Rock Hotel, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Harveys Casino Resorts and the President and CEO of Travelscape.com, which was sold to Expedia.com in 2000.
