Modern Grill as the new executive chef. With a passion for culinary

kitchen staff, Chef Schroeder will oversee all operations at the

Chef Schroeder brings extensive culinary experience and knowledge to Rocks Modern Grill, with more than 15 years in the culinary field and hospitality industry. In addition to personal expertise, Schroeder has trained with several notable chefs, including Chef Celina Tio, the 2005 American Culinary Federation Chef of the Year. Schroeder’s outstanding culinary knowledge stems from his childhood where he spent many years as a prep cook in several Kansas City restaurants. Chef Schroeder continued to pursue his passion for creating fine cuisine at culinary school in New York at the Culinary Institute of America, and later received his certification of Pro Chef Level II through the American Culinary Federation, as well as his Level I Sommelier certification in 2006. Along with Schroeder’s arrival, Rocks Modern Grill also welcomes a new summer menu.
