Bob Edwards’ noteworthy experience in the hospitality industry includes general manager at The Deep Water Cay Club located at East End, Grand Bahama Island; general manager at Cheyenne Ridge Outfitters and Signature Lodge in Pierre, S.D.; and most recently the senior vice president and general manager at the Gilchrist Club Resort and Conference Center in Trenton, Fla. With an outstanding track record of success and credibility, Edwards is an extremely proficient hunting, fishing and shooting instructor. He is also the founder of the first ever U.S. Open Sporting Clays Championship and The Homestead Shooting School in Hot Springs, Va., as well as the original designer of the Homestead Sporting Clays Course, hailed as the Augusta National of sporting clay courses. Edwards has served as the Shotgun Sports manager for the National Rifle Association in Washington, D.C. and as the waterfront and gun club director at the Cloister Resort in Sea Island, Ga.
