InnPoints Worldwide Appoints Tia S. Hobgood
as Director of Client Services
N.M. — OCTOBER 12— InnPoints
Worldwide, a leading provider of reservation solutions for hotels worldwide,
has named Tia S. Hobgood as Director of Client Services. Hobgood is charged
with leading the Revenue and Relationship Enhancement Department (RRED),
also known as Client Services, which services InnPoints’ 1,800-plus hotel
As the InnPoints Worldwide portfolio of hotels continues to grow and its suite of services expands, Hobgood will be working closely with the team to ensure the RRED department maintains their excellent levels of customer service. She will be implementing new strategies to increase revenues further for member hotels through in-depth revenue management training, best practices in online marketing and full utilization of InnPoints’ state-of-the-art technologies.

Hobgood most recently held the position of Director of Revenue Management for Heritage Hotels and Resorts, a New Mexico based collection of seven properties. To InnPoints Worldwide, Hobgood brings her much sought after revenue management expertise, including over fifteen years experience in all aspects of hotel electronic distribution and online marketing.
