America’s Best Franchising and InnPoints Worldwide
Continue Reservation Relationship


 
 

July 9, 2009 - America’s Best Franchising Incorporated has signed a two-year agreement with InnPoints Worldwide to provide a variety of internet and voice reservations services for approximately 225 properties that it operates under four hotel brands – Country Hearth, America’s Best, Budgetel, and 3 Palms.  This extends a relationship that has existed between the two companies since 2005.

The services provided to America’s Best by InnPoints are in five broad categories:

  • Worldwide electronic distribution of rates and inventory to more than 600,000 travel agents and several hundred travel websites through the Global Distribution System (GDS) and Internet Distribution System (IDS)
  • A central  reservation system, called “MyCRS,” that enables franchisees to seamlessly manage their rates and inventory through the GDS, IDS, booking engine, and voice channels
  • A 24-hour centralized call center
  • A customized internet booking engine for the company’s four brand websites 
  • A web-based property management system, called “MyHMS,” that coordinates and integrates hotel operations from guest check-in to night audits

According to Mark Lewis-Brown, executive vice president and COO of Albuquerque-based InnPoints Worldwide, “Our services provide franchisees with a seamless connection to virtually limitless reservation opportunities which help to drive revenue, especially in the current turbulent economy.  For example, reservations generated by our MyCRS system for America’s Best properties are up 10% during the first six months of 2009 over the comparable period in 2008.”
