The solutions are being utilized to increase efficiency and control costs related to inventory and procurement at this upscale casino and entertainment venue, which opened in November 2008. �The Eatec and InfoGenesis systems not only have all the functionality we need, but also are fully integrated,� said James Elefante, management information systems director at Snoqualmie Casino. �These solutions manage all cost centers on the property and enable us to streamline both our retail and food and beverage operations. Along with its core purchasing, inventory, recipe, forecasting, production and sales analysis functions, the system also offers modules for catering, restaurant and retail. The modular software structure enables customers to construct the exact set of features they need to control inventory and optimize production. Snoqualmie Casino is using the buffet management module to view food consumption versus revenue and the retail module to create custom bar code labels for the casino gift shop. The system�s centralized database enables total management of dining, bar service and gift shop operations. Snoqualmie Casino is using the point-of-sale system in its restaurants, bars and gift shop.
