Handheld Check-In to streamline operations and enhance guest service at
the exclusive new property. L’Auberge is owned by Pinnacle Entertainment,

LMS Guest Express Handheld Check-In is a secure
wireless network solution that allows immediate check-in/check-out at curbside
or at any location on the property that has WiFi coverage, offering guests
a fast and efficient alternative to the traditional front desk. With LMS
Handheld Check-In, hotel staff can welcome guests throughout the property
with a handheld computer that fits into a pocket and weights less than
300 grams. Staff can process guest credit cards, make changes to a reservation
and perform a variety of other tasks. Portable encoding printers produce
receipts and encode room keys on the spot. The mobile devices communicate
over a wireless large-area network, or LAN, to various access points located
throughout the hotel.
