With Active Golf Solution’s golf and activity capabilities embedded into the epitome system, hotel reservationists using the epitome Property Management System will be able to book golf and other activities while handling administrative needs such as making a room or package reservation. Scheduled activity – tee times and resort activities – could be added to a guest’s itinerary and e-mailed directly to the guest. The new integrated software could also be used to notify reservationists of room cancellations associated with scheduled activities so scheduling adjustments can be made.
