Solutions Are Making an Impact in the Russian Hospitality Market. |

1, 2005)... Hotel Information Systems, a division of MAI Systems Corporation
(OTCBB: MAIY.OB) announces it has entered into a definitive agreement through
Libra International, the exclusive distributor of MAI solutions in the
Russian Federation, to implement its epitome Enterprise Solutions with
Heliopark Hotel Management Company, one of the first and most prominent
national hotel chains in Russia. Heliopark extended its current contract
for epitome PMS to include epitome Enterprise � the next-generation internet-native
enterprise solution from Hotel Information Systems, with modules that include
Central Reservations, Central Rate and Availability Management, Distribution
Channel Management, Central Guest Management and Web Reservations Management.
Furthermore, the epitome PMS will become the mandated solution for all
Heliopark�s managed properties.
