As general manager, Yeoman is responsible for the overall operation of the six-story property. �Bob has the knowledge, experience and expertise necessary to make this property a success,� said Mike Cryan, president and chief operating officer of Windsor Capital Group.  �His impeccable track record in both the hotel industry and in the Phoenix area make him well suited for this position.�

Prior to joining the Embassy Suites-Paradise Valley, Yeoman managed two hotels in the Phoenix area, including the Embassy Suites-Biltmore and the Hilton Suites in Phoenix. He also previously served as general manager of the Embassy Suites-Santa Ana in Orange County, Calif., for Windsor Hospitality Group and was with the Pasadena Hilton, in Pasadena, Calif., for six years.
A 24-year veteran of the hotel industry, Yeoman serves on the Board of Directors for the Arizona Hotel and Motel Association, is an active member of the Camelback Rotary Club, and is a lifetime member of the Fiesta Bowl Committee. He also has served as president of the Valley Hotel and Resort Association.
 

In her new role as director of marketing for Embassy Suites-Paradise Valley, Heinz-Ryan is responsible for promoting the property to all market segments and establishing the hotel as a major force in the marketplace. Additional duties include pre-selling agreements for all booking venues; staffing of reservations, catering and sales offices; and developing contractual agreements with outsourced representatives.

Heinz-Ryan has been with Windsor Hospitality Group for seven years. With more than 25 years of experience in the travel and hospitality industry, Heinz-Ryan most recently served as general manager for the Hawthorn Suites in Scottsdale, Ariz., overseeing all aspects of daily operation. She also was general manager for the Embassy Suites in Lompoc, Calif., where she helped increase ADR from high $80s to over $100 in less than a year in a primary government contractor market. Other positions Heinz-Ryan has held with Embassy Suites include director of sales and marketing in Denver, director of national sales in Memphis, Tenn., and director of sales at Embassy Suites in Piscataway, N.J.

Heinz-Ryan is an active member of several professional organizations, including Arizona Society of Association Executives, Arizona Hotel and Motel Association, Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce, Greater Phoenix Convention and Visitor�s Bureau, Meeting Planners International, Arizona Business Travel Association and North Phoenix Chamber of Commerce.
