Windsor Capital Group and United Properties, Inc. Open the $40-million 270-suite Embassy Suites-Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, Arizona
LOS ANGELES, March 14, 2000 - Los Angeles-based Windsor Hospitality Group, a division of Windsor Capital Group, and United Properties, Inc.�s Scottsdale, Ariz. office, announce the opening of the new 270-suite Embassy Suites-Paradise Valley adjacent to Stonecreek Golf Club in Scottsdale, Ariz.  The $40-million luxury hotel is owned by United Properties and managed by Windsor Hospitality Group.  
 
Strategically located at 4415 E. Paradise Village Parkway South, and adjacent to Stonecreek Golf Club, Embassy Suites-Paradise Valley provides unique offerings such as walk-on golf and special golf packages.  �The Embassy Suites-Paradise Valley is one of the few hotels in the area that have walk-on golf,� said Bob Yeoman, general manager of Embassy Suites-Paradise Valley.  �In our backyard is Stonecreek Golf Club, one of the finest golf courses in America.�
