Interface to Service Hotel Clients
Hendersonville, TN – May 25, 2007 – InnLink Central Reservation Services and ZDirect, Inc. are pleased to announce the availability of an interface between InnLink's reservation system and ZDirect's ZMail™ electronic customer relationship management platform. This new interface will provide eCRM and marketing services for independent hotels of all sizes, property management groups and flags. The eCRM platform will reap the benefits for both InnLink and ZDirect, but more importantly provides a significant communication capability for InnLink's hotel customers to market to their previous guests and inquiries.
For example, InnLink customers will now be able to have their marketing databases centrally located; send targeted and highly relevant emails to their "opt-in" permission-based subscriber list; automatically send confirmations, prearrival emails, thank you emails, customer satisfaction surveys and ultimately convert leads and previous guests into long term customers. The result is new revenue captured, stronger customer loyalty, an expanded customer base, and increased return on investment through the reduction of traditional marketing costs via measurable electronic marketing.
