Stellato has over 20 years� of human resources experience in the lodging industry as Sr. VP Human Resources for La Quinta Inns, Inc. and VP HR positions with Harrah�s Las Vegas and New Orleans, and Embassy Suites. Most recently he served as a founding member of Turtle Creek Consulting Group, specializing in strategic planning and business process improvement. 

His education includes a PhD in Industrial Psychology from George Washington University, Washington, DC, and a BA in Psychology from Hamilton College in New York.
