Stellato has over 20 years’ of human resources experience in the lodging industry as Sr. VP Human Resources for La Quinta Inns, Inc. and VP HR positions with Harrah’s Las Vegas and New Orleans, and Embassy Suites. Most recently he served as a founding member of Turtle Creek Consulting Group, specializing in strategic planning and business process improvement. 

His education includes a PhD in Industrial Psychology from George Washington University, Washington, DC, and a BA in Psychology from Hamilton College in New York.
