HubX Names Mark Sadosky Senior Vice President,
Business Development

(Newton, MA � December 18, 2002) HubX (HubX.net), �The Center of Reservation Innovation� and a global leader in hospitality eBusiness, has named Mark Sadosky, an 18-year veteran in hospitality technology sales and marketing, as Senior Vice President, Business Development.

Most recently, Sadosky was Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing for the Americas for AremisSoft Hospitality, Inc. (now SoftBrands Hospitality, Inc.). While there, he was responsible for building and managing the sales and marketing efforts throughout the Americas region. He was also involved in the acquisition and integration of Rio Systems International for AremisSoft as well as its expansion into Latin America.

Previously, Sadosky was Vice President of Sales for Eltrax Hospitality, Inc.  (NASDAQ:VRSO) where he was responsible for the integration of the former Sulcus Hospitality Technologies and Encore sales channels pre and post merger, having played key sales roles with Sulcus for seven years. Beginning in regional sales and moving up to the position of Director of Sales & Marketing, he was responsible for increasing group sales in the area of property management systems (PMS) in North America and PMS and Point-of-sales (POS) in Latin and South America. Prior to joining Sulcus Sadosky held senior sales positions with Hotel Information Systems (HIS), Computerized Lodging Systems (CLS), and Intuit finance and tax software.
