Ramos joins the Outrigger Guam Resort with nine years of experience in hotel sales and marketing with the global hospitality chain of Hilton International. Most recently, she was director of business development at the Grand Hilton Seoul in Korea. Prior to that she spent eight years in sales at the Hilton Guam Resort & Spa, starting as an assistant sales manager and progressively moving up the ladder to the position of director of sales.

Before moving into hospitality, Ramos honed her skills in customer relations with Xerox Corporation in California. 

Ramos is a graduate of the University of Oregon where she earned a Bachelor's degree in International Studies and Political Science.
