The Inaugural Gala gives you the opportunity to hear incoming AH&LA Chairman of the Board Kirby D. Payne, CHA, President of American Hospitality Management Company, present his goals for AH&LA for the upcoming year.  This is an excellent opportunity to show your support for the lodging industry, as well as to network with the top lodging executives.

This black-tie event is Sunday, November 11, at The Plaza in New York City.  Tickets are $225 per person or $2,000 per table of ten, and are available by completing the attached registration form.  Seating for the dinner will be pre-assigned.  American Express is the official sponsor of the AH&LA Inaugural Gala.

Host Hotel

The host hotel, The Waldorf=Astoria, is offering a special discounted rated of $289 for single/double occupancy per night.  In order to receive the discounted rate, mention the AH&LA Fall Conference and book your reservation before Wednesday, October 24, 2001.  Room types and rates are subject to availability; to ensure your preferred accommodations, please make your reservations by calling 800-WALDORF.
