It offers consumers the best of both worlds -- a luxury hotel type of vacation with an ownership package.

Las Cuevitas is such a project. It will include 30 individual casitas and 20 one-acre lots for villa development, a restaurant, meeting facilities and a spa. Each 1,000-square-foot casita is beautifully designed and includes a private courtyard entry, large living and dining room area, butler's kitchen, master bedroom suite with adjoining dressing room, bathroom with his-and-hers sinks, separate bathtub and shower, and a secluded outdoor garden shower. The bedroom doors open up onto a private lanai with spa and plunge pool. In addition to an on-site restaurant, room service will be available.  Shopping and dining also are offered nearby in the charming Mexican village of Divisadero. Slated for completion in January of 2002, the casitas began construction in January of this year. 

The one-acre lots are slated for twenty 3,250-square-foot villas, scheduled to begin construction in January, 2002.
