an interface between 26 Kimpton Group properties utilizing AremisSoft�s
LANmarkTM property management system (PMS) and the Kimpton RezView� central
reservation system (CRS), which is owned and operated by Pegasus Solutions,
Inc. The interface enables reservations created or amended through Kimpton�s
REZViewTM CRS or an individual property to be electronically delivered
to each property�s LANmark PMS system.

Mark is an 18-year veteran in hospitality technology with
a solid background in sales, sales management, and marketing. Prior to
joining AremisSoft, Mark spent two years as the VP of Sales for Eltrax
Hospitality where he was responsible for the integration of the former
Sulcus Hospitality and Encore sales channels pre and post merger. Between
1992 and 1999 Mark worked for Sulcus Hospitality Technologies playing key
sales roles in the company's growth. Starting in a regional sales position
and moving up to Director of Sales & Marketing, he was responsible
for the direct PMS sales channel in North America as well as the indirect
PMS and POS sales channel throughout Latin and South America. In each of
those years personal sales and group sales increased, highlighted by successes
with Richfield Hospitality, Marriott Hotels, Kimpton Hotel Group, Hawthorn
Suites, and Holiday Inns de Mexico. Prior to joining Sulcus, Mark worked
in various senior level sales positions for Hotel Information Systems (HIS)
2 years, Computerized Lodging Systems (CLS) 6 years, and Lacerte finance
