agreement that upholds GHS Global's commitment to increasing customers
productivity through fully-automated, Internet-based technologies. Hotels
purchasing GHS Global�s CallTrac call accounting software, now have the
option of purchasing Tele-Tech point-of-origin call pricing data for national
and international calls. Tele-Tech's latest call pricing data is updated
by CallTrac through the Internet. Seamless integration with CallTrac allows
call charges to be processed then immediately directed to GHS Global's
G4 Accommodation Management System.
�The Tele-Tech partnership solidifies our commitment to providing customers with the most cost-effective property management system on the market� said Jason Neal, President of GHS Global. �CallTrac is another tool for controlling business expenditure, while at the same time greatly increasing profits. Rates are either set by the hotelier or managed by Tele-Tech's pricing system. In both cases a service fee can be charged for each call. Tele-Tech�s Text-Pacs provide up-to-date pricing, call type, time-of-day discounts and mileage data for calls made anywhere in the world.
