| December 10, 1999 - The Casa Monica Hotel, located in downtown St.
Augustine, opens it�s doors for the first time in over 2 years. This 137
room, 112 year old historic hotel is putting the finishing touches on a
$17 million dollar restoration.
 With
over 5,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, retail shops, 4 star restaurant, suspended
outdoor pool and spa, fitness room and over 54 different multilevel suites,
the Casa Monica Hotel will become one of the premier resorts in Florida.
Joining the Casa Monica Hotel as General Manager is Troy Bennett.
Mr. Bennett comes to the Casa Monica Hotel from the Sheraton Mesa Hotel
& Convention Center, located in the East Valley of Phoenix.
