If a property using the IDeaL/YIELD system does not realize at least a 4% increase in transient room revenues, IDeaS will refund all license fees and all prorated fees required for IDeaL/CARE, up until the date of de-installation. Fees will be refunded if the property decides to de-install the IDeaL/YIELD System, within one year after installation, and after the benefits measurement analysis.
