of a new property management system (PMS), Imzo Web PMS, to provide hotel
customers an Internet-based single image inventory system that maximizes
distribution and minimizes costs.

Tom Gregory, chief technical officer, Intermezzo, stated, "After seeing
other industries use the Internet for the deployment of business applications,
we felt it was time to release a hotel PMS that uses the Internet as its
networking medium. By having Intermezzo centrally host the PMS application
in its data center, hotels don't have to worry about having their own complex
networks or even an IT department.�

Intermezzo will be announcing feature enhancements over the next year,

The Imzo Web PMS will be available in the fall of 1999. Software will
be demonstrated at the 1999 Hitec Conference in Atlanta, GA, June 22-24.
