GM Don Peterson at Comfort Inn Bloomington, Minnesota Installs CyberoomTM
High-Speed Internet Access  in 265 Guestrooms

MINNEAPOLIS (April 15, 1999)  This summer, guests who check-in to the Comfort Inn in Bloomington, Minn., will get more than a typical hotel room  they'll stay in a Cyberoom TM.

Created by Minnesota-based INTxx, Cyberoom is a unique online service for hotels designed to keep people connected while away from home and the office. It provides travelers with in-room, high-speed Internet access and links to useful business, news and entertainment resources.

"Cyberoom will help the Comfort Inn attract new business guests," said Bill Young, director of sales and marketing for INTxx. "Hotels are facing increased technology challenges and Cyberoom offers an innovative solution to meet the needs of demanding customers."

INTxx will install high-speed Internet access ports in every one of the Comfort Inn's 265 guestrooms. The Cyberoom ports will provide guests who travel with laptops an automatic connection to the Web - up to 50 times faster than traditional dial-up methods - without tying up hotel phone lines. Cyberoom eliminates high phone charges and slow Internet access by providing guests with an easy plug-and-play solution. The service also offers guests a
customized Web page with links to useful business, news and entertainment resources. For guests traveling without a laptop, eight of the Comfort Inn rooms will also offer convenient in-room personal computers.

The Comfort Inn, located near the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport and Mall of America in Bloomington, is currently undergoing a complete renovation. Cyberoom installation will be completed in tandem with the other hotel upgrades. "This is a perfect time for us to expand our services, said Don Peterson, general manager at the Bloomington-based Comfort Inn. "We are excited about Cyberoom because it will improve our appeal with today's business traveler and distinguish our property from the ever-increasing hotel competition near the Mall."

The Comfort Inn will be the first hotel in the Twin Cities area to have Cyberoom installed in all of its rooms. Plans are also underway to wire the hotel's conference rooms and business center.

In addition to the Comfort Inn, Cyberoom is also available to guests at The Marquette Hotel in downtown Minneapolis. The Marquette Hotel served as a test site for the Cyberoom service, prior to its international rollout. Cyberoom has been successfully running in The Marquette Hotel since October 1998. INTxx is a Twin Cities-based provider of technology solutions for business.

Founded in 1996, INTxx has built a fast-growing reputation for supplying companies with comprehensive resources and expertise in the areas of Internet, Intranet, E-Commerce and networking solutions. INTxx is a privately held company.
