PHOENIX, January 8, 1999 - This week the members of Best
Western International's California, Hawaii and Nevada Co-op launched the
largest virtual reality Web site in the hotel industry. The site is composed
of full -color panoramic views of the participating Best Western hotels
and surrounding attractions.
"This site is truly unique in the spectacular images and thorough information it provides for the traveling public," explains Dean Ruffing, the mind behind the concept. "We did a lot of research to see what was out on the Internet and I am confident in saying there is nothing else like it." The site provides complete information about specific regions, cities and all the amenities and rates at a specific Best Western hotel, along with a number of panoramic pictures. "We offer one-stop planning for the consumer," explains Ruffing. "The sites are easy to find and the information is complete and detailed.
